- Full priced items may be exchanged or returned within 7 days after reception. Items must not be worn.

-You have to send an e-mail for return or exchange before returning them to our headquarters. We will send you a follow up e-mail so you can return them. 

- Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the invoice and the tags attached.

- All sales items are finale sale.

- Shipping and handling fees are none refundable. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping.

- We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem the item provided is not in a satisfactory condition.

-Once an order is finalized, it is impossible to cancel it.
